Religious Education

Our Mission: To lead our young people to a deeper knowledge and love of Jesus Christ and to a firm commitment to follow Him as active members of His Church.

Program Goals:

To support parents in their role as primary educators of their children
To promote knowledge of the faith, meaningful participation in the liturgy and sacraments, moral formation in Christ, Catholic prayer, preparation for living in the Christian community and a missionary spirit
To work with families in preparing their children for the fruitful reception of the sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation
To build community in our parish
To instill in our young people the values needed to live their faith in the day-to-day experiences and challenges they face

Classes are held at St. Teresa Regional School on Sunday mornings. The program begins in the Fall and continues through the end of April.
